It's the Hot Club
Located at 302 1/2 E. Kootenai in beautiful downtown Troy, Montana, the Hot Club is the primo place for scrumptuous sandwiches, delectable deserts, savory soups, incomparable coffees, & of course, marvelous music.  Open daily, except  Sundays, there is no place better for lunch, a quick snack, or just to spend a leisurely afternoon with your nose buried in your favorite book.
If you're in the market for a new guitar, mandolin, banjo, or other stringed instrument chances are there will be something you'll want hanging on the walls because after all it's a music store too.  Northwest Music, the alter ego to the Hot Club, is a great source for almost anything with strings both new or used.
Alan Lane Band

Friday nights are all about music, more music and much more music as the best in national and regional acts take the stage at 7:30 PM sharp(ish).  On any given Friday night you might hear the fiddle wizardry of the incomparable Vassar Clements; the autoharp and storytelling magic of the one and only Bryan Bowers; the powerful images of American Indian history in the songs of Jack Gladstone; the unbridled humor of John Dunnigan; the eclectic folky blues of Alan Lane; country twinged songwriting from Montana's favorite son Rob Quist; the unbelievable voice, musicianship and presence of the bluesy Zoe Wood;  or screaming jazz and swing from Live Wire Choir and Big Swing, not to mention the blues from Carl Rey & the Blues Gators or Andre Floyd.  That's just the tip of the proverbial iceberg of the roster of folks who have blown through the Hot Club.
